Classical country estate just of Bowral in NSW’s Southern Highlands.

This magical 14.5 acre estate features an in ground pool, rose gardens, two dams, a spring bore and room for sheep, horses or alpacas. This impressive home was built to outstanding quality in local sandstone from Penrose NSW quarry in the year 2000 and incorporates some 100 squares of architecturally of quality workmanship including 450 mm deep walls, beveled arches and hand built fireplaces.
An enormous set of antique French doors welcome you into the grand hall with its stain-glass ceiling details. This central hallway leads to four living/sitting rooms one which is used as the dining room and could easily seat a party of 20. The master bedroom leads off the library and the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms are at the far end of the home beside a servery and a wonderfully larger kitchen and informal dining room featuring granite detailing.
A portico on the side of the home provides an informal entrance of sort but in this home, every last corner hints at grandeur.
